Arlington Baptist College is accredited by The Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE) (formerly the Accrediting Association of Bible Colleges – AABC).

ABHE is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), the successor to the Commission on Recognition of Post-secondary Accreditation (CORPA), which dissolved December 31, 1996. ABHE is also listed by the United States Department of Education as the recognized accrediting agency for Bible college education. In addition, it is recognized by the Department of Justice, the Texas Veterans Commission (formerly the Texas Workforce Commission), and other relevant federal agencies in the United States.

Arlington Baptist College is approved by the Texas State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) to offer the following programs: Generalist EC-4, Social Studies 4-8, Social Studies 8-12, English, Language Arts & Reading 4-8, English, Language Arts & Reading 8-12, and an All-Level Music Education Program.
